Each of the apartments all have they own unique flair and design with generous size rooms, plenty of closet space and copious amounts of sunlight. Much of the original decorative plasterwork and woodwork has be retained and wherever possible restored to its former glory. Some of the recent renovations also include updated and new bathrooms and kitchens.

The property features other notable design elements such as high ceilings, newly restored original hardwood floors with inlay patterns, archways, bonus rooms, oversized energy efficient windows and a beautiful original marble mantle and decorative fireplace which is no longer in use.

The entire faade, stoop and roof top cornice have all been meticulously restored from historic photographs including the complete restoration using authentic brownstone material. The faade restoration took nearly a year to complete to ensure that the hand carved scrollwork as well as all of the architectural elements were perfectly replicated. The rooftop cornice was completed rebuilt and restored with one of a kind custom hand carved wood corbels installed to match the 1910 design which removed from most brownstones in the neighborhood.

The interior staircase was completely repaired and restored with brand new treads and risers custom hand made from oak and cherry wood. The main hardwood handrail was stripped of over a century of layers of paint completely restored to reveal the original woodgrain beauty.

All of the light fixtures in the hallways and exterior have been replaced with new designer energy efficient, eco-friendly light fixtures.
