23 Waverly is situated one block from Washington Square Park, two from Broadway, in close proximity to NYU, St Marks Place, and everything you ever needed. The nearest subway is the Q,R,W,4,5,6 with a short walk to the B,D,F,M,A,C,E on 6th Ave.
