This is a lovely 1 bedroom located in Hell’s kitchen, on 9th avenue between 48th and 49th streets. Across the building is a laundry mat, do it yourself or wash and fold. The C,E is a block and half away, and the N,R , 1, lines are close by as well.

The unit features very high ceilings, get’s good light, exposed brick throughout, and it faces the back of the building so it’s quiet. The living room can fit a sectional couch, coffee table, and entertainment area. The kitchen has great counter and cabinet space, and has a breakfast bar.

The bedroom is queen sized, and the unit has 2 closets. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room.
