Broker is owner/landlord and lives on the first floor. No smoking of any kind, no open flames (candles) Wall to wall carpet. Two full baths. Owner pays all utilities. Quiet neighborhood with early to rise early, to bed folks - those with that schedule will be happiest here. Will not accommodate very large furniture because of the bend in the staircase and door placement. Very clean.
