A non-refundable move in fee of $400.00
A non-refundable move out fee of $250.00
A refundable deposit of $1000.00. This refundable deposit will be returned after the common areas have been inspected and found to be free of damage after the move-in/move-out is completed

First month and security deposit equal to one month's rent each due at lease signing.
