The Broadmoor is conveniently located in a coveted Upper West Side neighborhood with an abundance of shops and restaurants, such as Sal & Carmine's; Cafe du Soleil; Serafina; Thai Market; Fumo; Kesari; Westside Market; Whole Foods; Gristede's; and the landmark jazz club, Smoke. Close to transportation, Columbia University, and the glory of Riverside and Central Parks. No smokers or pets, please. A Coop Board approval is required, which includes submission of an application with an interview (usually held every third Tuesday of the month). The first two photos are virtually staged.
