Constructed in 1881 and designed by architect Samuel Curtiss Jr in the German Romanesque Revival style, the Ansonia Court is a well-maintained pet-friendly co-op, which centers on a private, lush courtyard with towering flowering trees, benches to rest, and completed by a serene water fountain.

This pet-friendly building has a full-time super, package room, and bike and stroller storage. Located just two blocks from Prospect Park and less than a 5-minute walk to the 7th Ave F train subway line. Neighborhood treats include Michelin-rated Winner bakery, Cafe Azul, Fonda, Pasta Louise, and neighborhood newcomer Ottava for an Aperol Spritz and divine brick oven pizza!

Upfront costs include a $20 rental application fee per applicant, first month's rent, and one month's security deposit.
