Welcome to the Paul Revere, a rarely available, renovated one bedroom corner co-op unit located on the top floor! The Paul Revere Cooperative is an elevator building with fantastic amenities and very pet friendly!

The Paul Revere Cooperative consists of 55 units and is just two blocks from the 36th Ave Station, N/W trains. The building offers complimentary on-site laundry for all residents! You do not need to bring your quarters or your laundry card! You will be so lucky that you are so close to some of the most delicious food you will ever consume such as Sotto la Luna and Psari. Bring all of your furry friends as this co-op allows pets!!  The Paul Revere also offers private storage units on a first come first serve basis if you need some additional space.

The Paul Revere co-op has an updated intercom system which is a virtual doorman that can be utilized right from your cell phone for added convenience.
