The Building: The Emory Roth designed St. George Hotel was built in 1930 and converted to co-ops in 1984. This full-service (24-hour door-staff, onsite building manager, and onsite superintendent) co-op is one of the most desirable buildings in Brooklyn Heights.




Amenities include a stunning Rooftop Deck with 360-degree views of NYC… as well as a bicycle room (subject to availability), additional basement storage (subject to availability), and laundry rooms on every third floor.
