Large 1500 sq ft. Duplex apartment with large garden and patio area on a quiet block. Great Neighborhood! Very Family Friendly. Walking distance to Underwood Park, Ft. Green Park, Pratt University, The Barclay center, BAM and great restaurants right around at the corner. This apartment is the two full floors in the building. It has two entrances. One private ground level and one on the Parlor floor.

The building has a very homey friendly atmosphere which our tenants love. There is a fully stocked Kitchen with dishwasher, Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, Blender, and a Dining area, The Living room has a flat screen TV with internet and a Roku box loaded with streaming services.
