The Process: Application Fee is $20.00 per applicant/guarantor. The Fitness Center's monthly fee is $75.00, but management is giving away a complimentary membership at the start of the lease term. The total expenses for an apartment unit are determined on an individual basis. For your information, it will be detailed.
