When people request entry, you can see who they are on the security camera and buzz them in with the app from anywhere in the world you may be. There is outside parking for $35/month and garage parking (possible waitlist) for $50/month. There is a bicycle room to store your bike. This apartment is near to trains, buses, shopping, library, post office and parkways. Applicants are reviewed on a case -by -case basis, but board prefers a DTI of 33% or better.
