Standing at the building entrance you are looking at a grocery store, 10 food vendors, coffee shop, bar, fire pit, and plenty of outdoor/indoor seating. This 1 bed/1 bath unit has an historically restored terrazzo floor, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A full renovation of the building was completed in 2023 to high energy efficiency standards, making it the first all electric / carbon neutral project in the area. Students at Syr Univ and SUNY ESF are currently learning about the project as a case study.
