Location Location best describes this unit Parking is directly across from rear enclosed porch. Large formal living room ( hardwood floors through out unit except Kitchen ) Kitchen has new oven and refrigerator opens to nice size dining room . 2 large private bedrooms with ample closet space and full bath. HOA fee covers your heat and hot water, 1 car spot per unit,( if you need another spot the cost is $10 per month. ) Updates are needed but will be worth the work in the end as this location is prime for the person looking for no stairs , close to parking spot ,pool and laundry. Owner is in process of waiting for movers so please excuse the boxes. Kingswood Gardens is close to West point , Woodbury Commons, Stewart Airport restaurants and shopping . Affordable living along with Prime Location.
